About Us

• Springs and Bolts  was incorporated on the 25 th of January 2013 as a limited liability company and fully Ghanaian owned. The company is a subsidiary of Europ e Autoland Company Limited, Ghana. The factory is located in Asokwa near Kaasi Industrial area, Kumasi (Ghana).

 

• SBCL is a member of a number of b oth national and international manufacturers association alike; including t he Ghana Free Zone Company.

 

• SBCL mainly manufactures U – Bolts, Leaf Springs and Trailer Suspensions.

 

• Aside retailing about 20% of its products nationwide, SBCL exports about 80% of its products externally to the West African Sub – region.

 

• Retailing is predominantly at Kumasi Magazin e and Ashiaman, Kpone.
